There are 5 stages of this avatar's life.
Stage 1: Starky (Seed)[]
- This stage of Starky's life is one of the most basic avatars on Khan Academy. It is available to the user right when they join, so they don't need any energy points for it.
- It's a round, black seed with eyes. It looks like a black raindrop.
Stage 2: Starky (Seedling)[]
- This stage of Starky's life is obtainable after earning 10,000 energy points.
- As with other avatars at the second stage it has sprouted a bean pod/leaf on its head and its legs have sprouted out.
Stage 3: Starky (Sapling)[]
- This stage of Starky's life is obtainable after earning 50,000 energy points.
- There is a big change from Seedling to Sapling, most notably it has horns on its head and a glowing halo. It has also grown bigger legs and what looks like arms and a tail.
Stage 4: Starky (Tree)[]
- This stage of Starky's life is obtainable after earning 100,000 energy points.
- In this stage it is now standing upright, with bigger horns and slightly thicker arms and legs, its tail has also gotten longer. Halo maintains the original size.
Stage 5: Starky (Ultimate)[]
- This stage of Starky's life is obtainable after earning 250,000 energy points.
- In the last stage it has a much thicker body and head, its horns now face forwards and its arms have gotten much larger, as well as its legs, its tail and halo remain relatively the same.
