Vocabulary knowledge is the key to doing this problem correctly, specifically the difference and relationship between multiples and factors.
- A factor of a number divides into that number with no remainder (evenly). Thus a factor of a number will always be smaller than or equal to the number.
- A multiple of a number is a positive integer multiplied against a number, so a multiple will always be larger than or equal to a given number.
