Adding fractions with 10 and 100 as denominators

1. Answers must be given as fractions, decimals not accepted.
2. Fractions do not have to be simplified or reduced.
3. If ${a}$ is the number above the 10 and ${b}$ is the number above the 100, the answer will always be ${10a+b}$ over 100.
